Clear Mind Poster And
Case Study

Project Overview:
This case study examines the psychological and algorithmic drivers behind short-form video addiction in users aged 15–24, specifically across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. By analyzing how interface design and predatory algorithms diminish attention spans and mental well-being, the research informs the development of a physical, interactive intervention. The proposed solution is a device that utilizes haptic feedback and physical concealment to disrupt compulsive scrolling habits, aiming to restore productivity and foster a more mindful, healthy relationship with technology.

Project   This study investigates the addictive nature of short-form video platforms and proposes a hardware-based solution that uses haptic interaction and device concealment to break the cycle of digital dependency.
